For many years the engineering and architecture office Volland has been involved in energy-efficient and sustainable building and modernising of the existing building stock. The office advises on any questions concerning energy-efficient building, on funding opportunities by the KfW and BAFA, as well as on any concerns regarding listed historical monuments, for example interior insulation and moisture protection. Furthermore its focus is on eco friendly building with wood as well as the planning and building of passive houses. An ever growing team of experienced engineers and architects is supported by students from the field of building climatology and civil engineering, thus guaranteeing an utmost measure of guidance and support in all phases of construction.
